Trey was great! This was our first time buying a home, but the process could not have been smoother. He didn't try to push any house on us or try to "sell" us on something, he just let us look freely and offered educated information and opinions when we asked. He negotiated a good price for us and got the seller to agree to all the repairs we requested. Closing was very smooth, and we even got extras like appliance insurance that I wasn't even aware of. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll 100% be giving him a call whenever we move in the future!

When I say that Trey Sippial was a cool, great guy to work with but he’s also the consummate real estate professional you need but didn’t think you’d ever find - I mean he is super smart, skillful from decades of doing this well, actually responded to my texts/phone calls, cared about the details I cared about, diplomatically helped me understand what did and did not matter in the process, and adept at more aspects of real estate deals than most brokers/agents who’ve been doing this forever, — he was all this so I didn’t have to be. I could just let go of my Type “A” attorney thinking and just relax and trust that he cared as much about getting the best possible outcome for me as I did…and that’s exactly what happened.
